Restore Premium
Premium is tied to your Apple ID. If you reinstall the app or switch to a new device, open Settings → Restore Purchases inside WordSpin. Premium covers ad removal only — every level remains free for every player regardless of Premium.
Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and pick the WordSpin purchase. We can’t process refunds directly.
